I lied, Soul eater's the best anime ever! not Gintama! recommend it! check it out!

the series is about an academy called Shibusen, full of various weapons and weapon wielders. these weapons are actually people who can transform into weapons and they work together with their wielders to collect pre-kishin souls, or souls that have yet to turn into a kishin, (which is basically a demon). once they collect 99 pre-kishin souls and 1 soul of a witch (the most powerful enemies in the show), the weapons become death scythes, the official weapons of Shibusen's founder, Shinigami-sama.

there's a lot more to the series than that, but I don't want to spoil anything!

either way it's a great anime, it has a lot of action and comedy, and a lot of BLACKU STAAAAR!!! (watch the anime and you'll find out what that means)
